TERMS & CONDITIONS
I wish to become member of Time Bank of India (Trust) at my own will with intent to serve for the cause with full zeal and dedication. Neither I will accept or offer any financial assistance from/to any one in any manner whatsoever for the service being provided by me. I understand and accept that I will only give my time to serve the society as a member so that I can get back equivalent time deployed by me. I also understand and accept that failure to get the services back at the time of need for any reason whatsoever, the Time Bank, its trustees, office bearers or members will not be liable in any way. I am taking this membership without any pressure or temptation in my absolute consciousness. Neither am I receiving nor giving any money to the Time Bank, any of it’s Trustee, official or the member/person for the membership.
मैं प्रतिज्ञा करता हूँ कि मैं पूर्ण सेवा भाव से टाईम बैंक का सदस्य बन सेवा करना चाहता हूँ। मैं इसके लिए किसी भी प्रकार से ना तो कोई आर्थिक सहायता लूँगा ना ही प्रदान करूंगा। मैं यह अच्छी तरह से जानता हूँ कि टाईम बैंक में मैं सदस्य के रूप में केवल अपना समय समाज सेवा करने के लिए दूंगा ताकि जरूरत पड़ने पर सेवा के लिए मुझे भी मेरे द्वारा विनियोजित समय के समान समय की सेवाएँ प्राप्त हो सके। मैं यह भी अच्छी तरह जानता हूँ एवं स्वीकार करता हूँ कि जरूरत पर यदि किसी भी कारण से मुझे समय पर सेवाएँ प्राप्त नहीं हो पाती हैं तो मैं उसके लिए किसी प्रकार का दावा नहीं करूंगा और टाईम बैंक, उसके ट्रस्टी या अन्य कोई भी पदाधिकारी या सदस्य इसके लिए किसी भी प्रकार से उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे। मैं यह सदस्यता अपने पूर्ण होशोहवास में बिना किसी दबाव या प्रलोभन के ले रहा हूँ। सदस्यता के लिए ना तो मैं किसी भी प्रकार से कोई आर्थिक सहायता प्राप्त कर रहा हूँ और ना ही टाईम बैंक, इसके ट्रस्टी, पदाधिकारी या सदस्य को कोई भी धन दे रहा हूँ।
